We offer three delicious breakfast options, freshly prepared to start your day the right way. Choose our Greek-style breakfast with greek yogurt, local honey, fresh fruits, and granola, or enjoy homemade pancakes served with your choice of chocolate, jam, or sugar, accompanied by fresh fruits. For a savory option, we also serve a ham and cheese toast.
All breakfasts are served with your choice of coffee or a freshly squeezed orange juice.

Our bar is open throughout the day, offering a wide selection of hot drinks such as coffee and tea, as well as water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and refreshing cocktails. It’s the perfect place to relax, cool off, and enjoy a drink by the pool at any time.
Barbecue Upon Request
On average once a week, we organize a traditional Greek barbecue evening at the complex, giving our guests the opportunity to discover and enjoy the Greek way of barbecue dining in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
It has been a very good experience; the owners are very friendly, the location is good for visiting the entire North Island, the facilities are sufficient and clean, the pool is incredible. Very good family atmosphere, especially if you are planning an accommodation without many people, that is, without noise. The capacity will be about 20 people in total approx.

• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; please avoid noise after this time.
• The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and may only be used during these hours.
• The barbecue facilities are available free of charge, but must be used with caution and respect for fire safety.
• Snack-bar tables are reserved for guests who have made a purchase from the bar.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furniture, equipment, or facilities during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to vehicles in the parking area.
• The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend using the room safe if available and taking care of valuables.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• Pets are only allowed if confirmed in advance.

I didn't like that one morning I was woken up by an hour long cleaning session for the apartment above mine. It was only 9:00 and there was a lot of scraping (furniture being moved, mopping with a scraper). I waited too long to text the management about it and I definitely should have done that before. But just in general, cleaning at hotels always happens between checkout and check in times, that's why that time gap exists.
Also, the bathroom shower was quite uncomfortable. But at least there was a mop and a towel for cleaning up the wet floors.
All in all, understand what you are getting and you will feel welcome and comfortable for the most part.
Clean and comfortable rooms, a swimming pool for the afternoon dives and happy faces willing to help you any way they can!
In a small distance you will find everything you need, from supermarkets to nightlife!
