Blue Dream Studios is a modern and friendly holiday complex located in the peaceful village of Velonades, Corfu. The property offers a variety of accommodation options, including double rooms, triple rooms, and spacious family rooms, making it ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends.
Guests can relax by the large swimming pool, which also features a separate children’s area, while enjoying refreshments at the poolside bar. Breakfast is available and can be enjoyed near the pool in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Once a week, guests are invited to a traditional barbecue evening, organized within the complex for a fun and social experience.
The lively resort of Sidari and the famous Canal d’Amour are just 1 km away, offering beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Free on-site parking is available for all guests, adding extra convenience for those exploring the island by car.

We offer three delicious breakfast options, freshly prepared to start your day the right way. Choose our Greek-style breakfast with greek yogurt, local honey, fresh fruits, and granola, or enjoy homemade pancakes served with your choice of chocolate, jam, or sugar, accompanied by fresh fruits. For a savory option, we also serve a ham and cheese toast.
All breakfasts are served with your choice of coffee or a freshly squeezed orange juice.
Coffee, Tea, Water, & Assorted Beverages
Our bar is open throughout the day, offering a wide selection of hot drinks such as coffee and tea, as well as water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and refreshing cocktails. It’s the perfect place to relax, cool off, and enjoy a drink by the pool at any time.
Barbecue Upon Request
On average once a week, we organize a traditional Greek barbecue evening at the complex, giving our guests the opportunity to discover and enjoy the Greek way of barbecue dining in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
It has been a very good experience; the owners are very friendly, the location is good for visiting the entire North Island, the facilities are sufficient and clean, the pool is incredible. Very good family atmosphere, especially if you are planning an accommodation without many people, that is, without noise. The capacity will be about 20 people in total approx.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:
• No parties or events are allowed on the property.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; please avoid noise after this time.
• The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and may only be used during these hours if a life guard is present.
• The barbecue facilities are available free of charge, but must be used with caution and respect for fire safety.
• Snack-bar tables are reserved for guests who have made a purchase from the bar.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furniture, equipment, or facilities during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to vehicles in the parking area.
• The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend using the room safe if available and taking care of valuables.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and forbidden inside the room.
• Pets are only allowed if confirmed in advance.

Velonades – Charming base for exploring North Corfu
Velonades is a traditional village in the northern part of Corfu, nestled in lush countryside with olive groves and classic Greek village charm. It’s quietly positioned just a short drive from the famous beaches of Sidari and the natural wonder Canal d’Amour, making it ideal as a calm, well-situated base to explore the island.
The village itself offers a peaceful atmosphere in the evenings, a handful of local tavernas and cafés, and easy free parking, yet keeps you within easy reach of sandy beaches, seaside restaurants, and day-trip excursions around North Corfu.
Nearby Sidari & Canal d’Amour
Sidari may not have the most spectacular beaches on the island, but it’s a great choice for families thanks to its clear, shallow waters and sandy beaches.
Most of the sunbeds are free to use as long as you order food or drinks, and there are plenty of beachfront cafés, restaurants and bars to choose from.
While you’re there, take a walk to the famous Canal d’Amour and stay for the sunset—it’s a lovely spot for photos.

🏖️ Kassiopi
Kassiopi is a lovely village in the northeast of the island.
We recommend parking along the main road just outside the village and walking along the waterfront. After about 25 minutes you’ll reach the harbour, where you’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. You can return to your car through the village streets, so you don’t have to walk back the same way.

🌊 Paleokastritsa
One of the most beautiful places in Corfu.
We recommend:
Visiting the monastery for its amazing views.
Swimming at Agia Triada Beach or Ampelaki Beach (Ampelaki is usually less crowded and the sunbeds are more affordable).
Having lunch or dinner at Monastre Restaurant.
We also highly recommend renting a small boat (no licence needed) to explore the coastline. Some of our favourite beaches, such as Paradise Beach and Stelari Beach, are only accessible by boat.

🏝️ Glyfada & Kontogialos
These two sandy beaches are next to each other on the west coast.
Glyfada is larger and livelier.
Kontogialos is quieter and usually less crowded.
Both have crystal-clear water and are perfect for spending the day or watching the sunset.

🌅 Afionas & Porto Timoni
Afionas is a beautiful traditional village with amazing views.
From there, you can walk down to Porto Timoni, one of Corfu’s most famous beaches. The walk is quite steep, but it’s definitely worth it for the stunning scenery.

I didn't like that one morning I was woken up by an hour long cleaning session for the apartment above mine. It was only 9:00 and there was a lot of scraping (furniture being moved, mopping with a scraper). I waited too long to text the management about it and I definitely should have done that before. But just in general, cleaning at hotels always happens between checkout and check in times, that's why that time gap exists.
Also, the bathroom shower was quite uncomfortable. But at least there was a mop and a towel for cleaning up the wet floors.
All in all, understand what you are getting and you will feel welcome and comfortable for the most part.
Clean and comfortable rooms, a swimming pool for the afternoon dives and happy faces willing to help you any way they can!
In a small distance you will find everything you need, from supermarkets to nightlife!
